Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We only offer store credit and or exchange for another jewelry piece. Shipping and handling fees are not included in the return amount.

We can refuse to accept your purchase if is used or damaged. Please note that custom or personalized items are final sale, You will not be refunded once you place the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

If your return is accepted, Gar Diamonds is not responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for lost packages.
